Scope of Work

• Drainage assessment and slope survey
• Foundation French drain (perimeter, 4-inch perforated)
• Uphill curtain drain interceptor
• Daylight discharge to safe outfall

Challenges

The home sat at the low point of a paved cul-de-sac, so every heavy rain funneled runoff directly into the back yard. A sump pump on its own was never going to win, because the true source was the sheet of surface water rushing in from uphill, arriving faster than any pump could push it out.

Outcome

Two complete wet seasons later the basement is still dry. The owner removed the sump pump after that first spring and hasn't needed to call us back since.
