Challenges
The owner arrived with four different contractors booked, their schedules colliding in spots and leaving holes in others. We folded the entire sequence into one contract worked by one crew, so nothing fell into the gaps that usually open up between separate trades.
Outcome
The foundation took concrete on day 8. Every utility connection cleared inspection on the first pass. Framing began on day 14, three days sooner than the piecemeal quotes had projected.
